SESAME wird begleitend durch eine APP unterst\u00fctzt.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"u-align-center-xl u-carousel-item u-container-style u-slide\">\n              <div class=\"u-container-layout u-valign-bottom-lg u-valign-bottom-md u-valign-bottom-sm u-container-layout-2\">\n                <a href=\"\" class=\"u-btn u-button-style u-hover-none u-none u-btn-2\">Unsere L\u00f6sung<\/a>\n                <p class=\"u-align-center-lg u-align-center-md u-align-center-sm u-align-center-xs u-text u-text-3 translation-block\">Ganzheitliche und schulweite Pr\u00e4ventionsangebote k\u00f6nnen nachweislich zu einer Verbesserung der psychosozialen Gesundheit f\u00fchren und den Bildungserfolg sowie die soziale Teilhabe unterst\u00fctzen. Gleichzeitig reduzieren sie auch die Belastung von Lehrkr\u00e4ften und anderem p\u00e4dagogischen Personal durch psychosoziale Problemlagen der Sch\u00fcler*innen.  \n<br><br>\n<i>Schoolwide Positive Behavior Support (SW-PBS; Horner &amp; Sugai, 2006)<\/i> stellt einen solchen schulweiten Pr\u00e4ventionsansatz dar. SW-PBS schafft einen konzeptionellen Rahmen, der Strategien zur Diagnostik und F\u00f6rderung wichtiger emotionaler, sozialer und akademischer Kompetenzen beinhaltet. Dadurch wird ein sicheres Lehr- und Lernumfeld f\u00fcr Sch\u00fcler*innen, p\u00e4dagogisches Personal und weitere beteiligte Akteure geschaffen.<\/p>\n              <\/div>\n            <\/div>\n            <div class=\"test-slide u-align-center-lg u-align-center-md u-align-center-xl u-carousel-item u-container-style u-slide\">\n              <div class=\"u-container-layout u-valign-top u-container-layout-3\">\n                <a href=\"\" class=\"u-btn u-button-style u-hover-none u-none u-btn-3\">Das Problem<\/a>\n                <p class=\"u-align-center-sm u-align-center-xs u-text u-text-4 translation-block\">Gut jede*r f\u00fcnfte Sch\u00fcler*in zeigt bedeutsame Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen in der psychosozialen Gesundheit. Diese Probleme f\u00fchren h\u00e4ufig zu <b>schulischem Misserfolg, sozial-emotionalen Beeintr\u00e4chtigungen<\/b> (z. B. internalisierende Verhaltensst\u00f6rungen) und sozialer Exklusion.
